The email you sent two days ago hit me right between the eyes. I've been feeling sorry for myself and just kinda angry at the world. I lost my business last year and am back working for someone else.     Q: Can a multiple (3 for 2) subscription count as my One Thing purchase for 2 malls?

    A: No, it can’t, as it’s still a single purchase. If you want to use SBIY as your One Thing for 2 malls, you’ll need to purchase a separate subscription (single or multiple) for each of them.

    Q: Can I change who my recipient is?

    A: Yes, but to do this there is a one-time charge of $7.00 to have a new Certificate mailed to the new recipient. If you want to do this, please contact Customer Service and you will be sent the information that will allow you to do this.

    Q: Can I donate my subscription instead of choosing a recipient?

    A: Yes! To do this, select the box marked “Please donate my membership to a teenager” on the page where you fill out the information for your recipient.

    Q: Can I send a membership to someone without a computer/e-mail address?

    A: No. Only the certificate is mailed. The SBIY letters themselves are sent through e-mail.

    Q: Can I upgrade a single membership to a multiple (3 for 2) membership later in time?

    A: In order to qualify for the 3 for 2 pricing, the 2 memberships need to be purchased at the same time.

    Q: How do I cancel my SBIY Membership?

    A: Just send an email to Admin@SomeoneBelievesInYou.com with a copy of your receipt or transaction # of the membership you're wishing to cancel. If you do not have your receipt, please include the name and e-mail address that you entered for your billing information when making your purchase.

    Q: How long will is take for my SBIY purchase to show up in my sales report?

    A: Your SBIY purchase will show up in your sales report about 3-4 days (not including weekends) after you make your purchase.

    Q: How long will my recipient receive the SBIY e-mails for?

    A: Your recipient will receive daily SBIY e-mails for as long as you continue with your subscription.

    Q: I have a suggestion for an SBIY story, who should I send it to?

    A: Suggestions are always welcome and can be sent to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com.

    Q: I want to communicate with one of the SBIY writers. How do I do that?

    A: Just go to the Contact Us page and click on the link for the writer you wish to send an email to. They will be happy to hear from you!

    Q: What happens if my recipient changes their e-mail address?

    A: If your recipient changes their e-mail address, please send that information to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com. Their information will be changed and they’ll continue to receive their e-mails.

    Q: What if I have any other questions that aren’t answered here?

    A: Please send any other questions to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com.

    Q: When will the e-mails start being delivered to my recipient?

    A: The SBIY e-mails start going out 10 days after you make your purchase. This is to ensure enough time for your recipient to receive their certificate.

    Q: Why am I receiving the SBIY e-mails when I asked for them to be sent to someone else?

    A: The sender receives a copy of the SBIY e-mails.

    Q: Why is my recipient not receiving their e-mails?

    A: If you made your purchase more than 10 days ago and your recipient still hasn’t received their e-mails, they’ll need to check their junk mail folder and make sure that they have admin@someonebelievesinyou.com white listed.
