Q: Are there any e-mail addresses you can’t deliver to?
A: We cannot deliver to AOL addresses. If you or your recipient uses AOL, please be prepared to use an alternate e-mail address or to create a new one. Gmail.com offers free e-mail addresses.
Q: Can I change who my recipient is?
A: Yes. If you want to do this, please contact Customer Service and you will be sent a form to fill out for your new recipient’s information.
Q: Can I send a membership to someone without a computer/e-mail address?
A: No. Only the certificate is mailed. The SBIY letters themselves are sent through e-mail.
Q: Do you offer subscription types besides teen and adult?
A: At the present time, we only offer the teen and adult subscription types. This may change in the future. If you have suggestion for a new subscription type, please send it to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com.
Q: How do I cancel my SBIY Membership?
A: If you want to cancel, please send an e-mail to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com with your request. Make sure to include a copy of your receipt. We’ll do our best to make sure you never want to cancel!
Q: How long will my recipient receive the SBIY e-mails for?
A: Your recipient will receive daily SBIY e-mails for as long as you continue with your subscription.
Q: I have a suggestion for an SBIY story, who should I send it to?
A: Suggestions are always welcome and can be sent to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com.
Q: I want to communicate with one of the SBIY writers. How do I do that?
A: Just go to the Contact Us page and click on the link for the writer you wish to send an email to. They will be happy to hear from you!
Q: My billing information has changed. How can I update this?
A: If any of your billing information has changed, such as address, expiration date, etc., please send your new information to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com. If you need to change your card number, please include the best phone number and times to reach you at to change this information over the phone.
Q: What are the benefits of paying annually?
A: If you choose to choose to pay annually for 1 or 2 recipients, you’ll save $18.40 a year per membership.
Q: What happens if my recipient changes their e-mail address?
A: If your recipient changes their e-mail address, please send their new e-mail address, along with the old e-mail address it’s being changed from, to admin@someonebelievesinyou.com. Their information will be changed and they’ll continue to receive their e-mails.

Q: When will the e-mails start being delivered to my recipient?
A: The SBIY e-mails start going out 10 days after you make your purchase. This is to ensure enough time for your recipient to receive their certificate.
Q: Why am I receiving the SBIY e-mails when I asked for them to be sent to someone else?
A: As the sender, you will receive a copy of the SBIY e-mails.
Q: Why is my recipient not receiving their e-mails?
A: If you made your purchase more than 10 days ago and your recipient still hasn’t received their e-mails, they’ll need to check their junk mail folder and make sure that they have admin@someonebelievesinyou.com white listed.
